Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

1. Damaged Product

  • If the product is damaged during transit, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • Submit a 360-degree unboxing video (from package opening to inspecting the product) and clear images showing the damage.

2. Incorrect Product Delivered

  • If you receive an item different from your order, report it within 24 hours with evidence (images or video).

Return Conditions:

  • Returns are only accepted after approval by our team.
  • Products must be sent back within 48 hours of approval using a reputed courier service.
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
